Romanian courses for children

Romanian as a second language

Romanian for children aged 5 to 15

RoLS programmes for children are designed for those learning Romanian as a second, foreign or heritage language – from reception age (5–7 years) up to 8th grade (13–15 years).

Children learn through stories, games, movement and conversation, without the pressure of speaking perfectly. We use the direct method and the TPR (Total Physical Response) technique: only Romanian is spoken during lessons, and explanations are supported by images, gestures, objects and repetition.

Courses take place in small groups of 4–6 children, at our studio in Cluj-Napoca or online. Children can also join during the school year, and we offer a 10% sibling discount. Before enrolling, you can book a free demo lesson.

Levels by age group

Five progressive levels, each adapted to the children's age and pace.
