Romanian courses for adults

Romanian for adults – from first words to real conversations

At Romanian Language Studio we run Romanian courses for adults learning the language as a foreign or second language – for work, studies, integration or everyday life in Romania.

Our programmes follow the CEFR levels, from absolute beginner (A1.1) to pre-intermediate (A2.2). For special goals – exam preparation, advanced level or cultural integration – we build customised courses, with the number of sessions, frequency and schedule set together.

Courses take place in small groups of 3–6 learners, at our studio in Cluj-Napoca or online via Zoom. The first lesson is free.

Available levels

Group modules are 32 hours each (4 hours/week) and follow the CEFR levels: A1.1, A1.2, A2.1, A2.2.

How it works

On-site or online

Lessons take place at the RoLS studio in Cluj-Napoca (9 Alexandru D. Xenopol Street) or online via Zoom – the same method, the same teachers. See details about courses in Cluj-Napoca or online courses.

How we teach

We use the direct method: we speak Romanian right from the start, in language adapted to your level. The focus is on confidence and real communication, not on being afraid of mistakes. Read more about our approach and see what our students say.
