Depending on your relationship with us and the services you use, we may process: Adults: first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, signature, contract-related information, as well as data required for invoicing and payments. The national identification number (CNP) may be processed where this is necessary to comply with legal obligations, including in a financial and accounting context. Children: first and last name, date of birth, enrollment and course participation data, as well as the name of persons authorized to pick up the child, where applicable. Photographs and audio-video recordings may be taken during courses or events organized by the Center and may include children, in accordance with applicable legislation and based on the appropriate legal basis. Data provided through the website: name, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of the message submitted through the contact form. The website may also process certain technical data, such as IP address, device and browser information, and information regarding website usage, through cookies and similar technologies, depending on user settings and applicable legislation.
Personal data may be collected: directly from you, through forms, course enrollment, contract conclusion or communication with us; from parents or legal representatives, in the case of children's data; in connection with payments and the issuance of financial and accounting documents; automatically through the website and cookies or similar technologies, depending on their settings.

Children's data are primarily processed for enrollment, organization and provision of courses, based on information provided by parents or legal representatives. Photographs and/or audio-video recordings may be taken during activities and events organized by the Center. Their use for presentation and promotional purposes, including on the website and the Center's online channels, is carried out only on the basis of the applicable legal basis and, where necessary, with the consent of the legal representative. Providing consent for promotional use does not condition the child's participation in the courses.
The website uses cookies and similar technologies for the operation, security, analysis and, where applicable, promotion of our services. Cookies necessary for the operation of the website may be used to provide its technical functions. Cookies and technologies that are not necessary for the operation of the website are used in accordance with the choices expressed by the user and applicable legislation.
